Providing strategic operational advice for a prime multifamily portfolio across the UK which is underperforming, identifying ways to create value and reduce costs. The portfolio consists of several assets across regional cities and was one of the first prime and highly amenitised BTR platforms in the UK. OPRE was brought in to identify red flags and problem solve for one asset originally but after delivering immediate success was instructed to advise across the rest of the assets.
