Identifying, delivering and refinancing the acquisition of a UK-wide £500m PBSA portfolio for a global investor’s entry to the UK with ongoing asset management and operational oversight expertise. The portfolio consisted of eight assets spanning 3,460 beds across key UK PBSA markets. OPRE’s role has been integral from start to finish, upon identification of the opportunity, through all Due Diligence and Refinancing activity and are now retained to be the asset manager, taking charge of all operational activity.
